The Hirer must not sub-let the Venue and Staff mush have access to the rooms at all times. The Hirer is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of all persons attending their function. This includes all area in the Premise at 242 Young Street Waterloo and the surrounding grounds. The Hirer is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the Evacuation Plan on display at ISA Premises and Emergency exit must remain clear at all times. No fire, including fire performances and ceremonies, with the exception of birthday candles are permitted within Premises area. Barbeques, spits, pizza ovens and cooking appliances such as deep fryers and/or naked flame appliances are not permitted inside the premises or within the surrounding grounds under any circumstances unless with prior approval. No smoke machines or any other equipment that may cause the smoke alarm to activate are to be used inside ISA Premises without notifying ISA General Manager and Equipment Store Manager prior to use. If the smoke or security alarm is triggered by the people attending by Hirer’s function, the cost of Fire Brigades and/or False Alarm penalty will be payable by the Hirer. No graffiti art or spray painting is to be conducted within the premises or the surrounding grounds. No confetti or glitter is to be used on ISA Premises and surrounding grounds. Animals are not permitted inside ISA premises. ISA does not insure any goods or equipment that is brought into the premises by the Hirer or the attending individuals and ISA will not compensate the Hirer for any losses of any goods and equipment or consequential losses arising out of the damage or loss of the equipment. Hirers are advised that they should obtain insurance for their own equipment and goods. The hirer is required to engage a Waterloo Studios Technical Assistant (TA) for the duration of the hire. Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
