Apax Creative Studios was originally an old gasket factory which has been revamped to house photography studio and charming multidisciplinary creative space. Apax houses an 8x12 meter photography studio and/or multidisciplinary creative space with 3-4m ceilings. Its past life as an old gasket factory in the 80's makes for a charming interior, with exposed concrete walls and pink off- white concrete floor. The space is flooded with natural light and has the possibility of blacking out the space. The warehouse accommodates an open plan kitchenette and office space/lounge. There is a bathroom and and 4 meter wide roller door access with the possibility of bringing vehicles inside the studio. Equipped with three phase power the studio caters to a range of photographic needs. Apax Creative Studios is located just off Bells St and High st, Preston. The space is walking distance from the 86 tram line and Bell train station as well as coffee shops and the Preston market.
