Up to 10 desks on offer in our open-plan, double-storey light-filled workplace. Sharing with Matt Gibson Architecture + Design, desks in three workspaces are available, each accommodating 3-6 people. Our white, modern workspace features reception, indoor garden, kitchenette, WCs & meeting room. Access is provided to our bookable meeting room with presentation screen, client reception area, kitchenette with coffee machine, two bathrooms, and dedicated shelf space. You are welcome to share our architectural and interior products library. Included in your costs are all utilities, bills, NBN, weekly cleaning etc. Our office has central heating/cooling for a comfortable work environment. Internet access is available via Wi-Fi and Ethernet. We can also offer use of our commercial A3 printer and copier by arrangement. Previous tenants have enjoyed our casual, collegiate atmosphere, background music via shared speaker, joining our team for occasional Friday pub lunch or 5pm knock-off drinks. We are flexible with proposals - available desk spaces could be divided or shared between one or many practitioners.
