Description
The studio is located in the suburb of Glebe, Sydney. We have designed the space to be an environment to perfectly complement solo concerts, rehearsals, and other events. Bookings with the full access option have access to all rooms inside the venue: - The Hall - Upright Piano Studio - Courtyard - Green Room Please note that grand piano hires are an additional one-off expense per booking: Yamaha G5 Grand Piano $100 Steinway B-211 Grand Piano $260 Our two-story studio is separated into two distinct spaces. The main room, "The Hall," is a spacious area spanning approximately 120sqm. The Hall also has access to a courtyard, and of course, a green room for the performers to make use of. Should they be unavailable during your booking, public facilities are conveniently located just 2 minutes away at Wentworth Park. PIANO CARE GUIDELINES - Keep the piano surface clear: No objects, equipment, or personal items should be placed on any part of the piano. - Maintain appropriate distance: Avoid leaning against the piano and ensure all equipment is positioned away from its surface. - Protect the finish: No tape, labels, markings, or adhesives on any part of the piano. - Food and beverages: Keep all food and drinks away from the piano. - Preserve the internal mechanism: The piano strings and internal components must remain untouched. - Maintain standard piano use: No prepared piano techniques or modifications. CHECKOUT PROCEDURE - Turn off the air conditioner; keep the dehumidifier on (The Hall) - Leave the room as you found it - When exiting the premises: - Keep the wooden front door unlocked at all times - If others are still in the premises, you may leave the front gate unlocked - If you’re the last to leave, lock only the padlock on the front gate Cancellation policy: Flexible Show cancellation details Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 12 months from the original date, at no cost.
