The Dale Loft is a versatile and rustic, warehouse-style space available to hire in the heart of Chippendale. The west-facing windows give you the most spectacular afternoon light, which starts creeping in after lunch, and stretches all the way into the space as you watch the sunset over the neighbouring roof tops. The interiors at The Dale Loft is specifically designed to enhance the rustic nature of the nearly 100 year old space. Leaning into the rich creative history of the building, and adding a vintage modern flare, the Dale Loft is a perfect space for your editorial shoot, team meeting, or small gathering. The space is wheelchair accessible, with a ground-level entrance and elevator. all doors and hallways fit a moderate/average sized wheelchair. However, please note, while bathroom is accessible via a short ramp, there isn't any hand-rails or mobility aids available. If you’re looking for a unique space to run a workshop, celebrate a birthday or host an intimate dinner, we’re a perfect space for that too! The high ceilings, rustic floor boards, newly renovated kitchen and old-world charm add a talking point to any group event. We're located right behind Central One, in the creative hub of Chippendale. Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
