Private solo working spaces available. Looking for excited visual artists to fill. Work hours between 10am and 9pm highly preferable, as well as low-impact and low-noise applicants favoured to maintain quiet working environment. Space would suit paint, illustration, digital, writing, office, photography, etc. Generous working space size, with natural light (large windows). Like what you see?
