The space has large glass windows with amazing natural light, is well ventilated with white concrete floors. Can nail into wall and make as much mess as you'd like. Ideal for a painter but open to any discipline. The studio is located on Botany Road in Alexandria, near the Cannery. There's on site parking, plus a bus stop out the front or it's a 20 minute walk to Green Square Train Station.
