We offer individual studios for artists who wish to join a vibrant artistic community. Our spaces are suitable for various artistic endeavors or other types of businesses. The studios feature excellent natural light, a secure lock-up room, heating, air conditioning, internet access, power, water, bathrooms, a shower, a shared kitchenette, a large/goods lift, and stairs to all upstairs spaces. An alarm system is also in place for added security. There are six shared parking spaces in front of the unit and unlimited parking outside the gate. The business is situated in a secure, gated area, which can be accessed using a gate code during off-hours. There are restaurants within walking distance, and you can enjoy 24-hour access to the facilities. Our space is located in the industrial area of Braeside, just a minute's walk from the bus stop and a short ride to the Mordialloc shopping district.
