This distinctive three-bedroom apartment overlooks the iconic Macleay St, just moments from Sydney's Wooloomooloo Wharf and central CBD. The local area drenched in history and charm plays host to many of Sydney's premier dining and entertainment establishments just walking distance from your very own designer apartment. Sarah Ellison has worked as a professional magazine stylist for over 10 years and launched her namesake furniture and home accessories brand from Byron Bay. Earlier bump in and out times are available with purchase of nightly rates pre and post event. Clean Atmosphere Policy In accordance with Australian law, our III Rooms Sydney has a strict non-smoking/ non-vaping policy. If you choose to ignore this policy there may be a minimum $250 charge, plus additional costs associated with restoring the room to its original condition. Guest House Access Guests must be 18 years or older, and if not, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee of a guest. Personal Items We do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property includes any personal effects and motor vehicles. Commercial uses of Three Rooms Sydney are indeed welcome, however the above rates apply to leisure stays only. Any commercial uses of the apartments (photoshoots, events, showings et al) must adhere to our commercial use policy and the applicable commercial use rates. Commercial use without prior consent will incur the appropriate fee. Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.
