A unique, down to earth coworking and event space. Our space is for start-up entrepreneurs, interior designers, architects in need of a desk or creatives in need of places to film/record their course content in our beautiful meeting rooms and spaces. Sanders Place is a beautiful, architecturally designed space which was lovingly retrofitted from a vegan chocolate warehouse into a best practice environmental office and event space. Our members and their guests enjoy spacious rooms, high ceilings, tonnes of natural light and a comfortable temperature year round, with minimal energy use. We recently won the 2024 National Architecture Award for Commercial Architecture. Our space is located off Church St in Richmond. Easily accessible by public transport: train, tram or bus. We have a host of delicious food options and caterers we can recommend for you nearby. As well as favourite coffee spots and a park within walking distance.
