The Gantry (Studio A) at 3Danks Waterloo is a stunning 260 sqm performance and event space designed to impress. With a soaring 12-metre ceiling, sprung hardwood floors (or optional Tarkett overlay), and an 80 sqm mezzanine overlooking the main floor, this studio is perfect for performances, dance showcases, rehearsals, brand activations, and creative productions. The Gantry is fully equipped with high-end professional audio and lighting, including two box trusses, intelligent lights, multiple speaker systems, and iPad-integrated control. The space also features four 55” TVs, a 3.5m x 2m LED screen, and a 50 sqm adjacent backstage/storage area for seamless production flow. Looking for more than just one room? Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.
