Description
The studio's layout is in a "U" shape, with one side serving as a permanent dance studio. This space features full-length mirrors, wooden flooring, and a speaker system. It also offers natural lighting from the windows and a beautiful mural on the back wall, across from the mirrors. Additionally, kitchen facilities and bag storage are available. The studio can be used for various events such as workshops, dance and birthday parties, as well as educational events. Some of the studio's features include 2 bathrooms and showers, high ceilings, air conditioning, 3 portable fans, 2 portable studio speakers, 4 party lights, a projector, and foldable chairs and tables. Upstairs: located on the left side wall at the top of the stairs where the cable machine is. Bathrooms: located at bathroom doors and the men’s have an extra switch at the sink. Please ensure these are off when leaving (except the stairway light which turns off automatically) AIR CONDITIONING You are welcome to use the air con which is located around to the left at the bathroom doors. Press the ON switch once and you will hear the A/C start. Please remember to switch if off when leaving. Additional charges may apply if left ON overnight. AUDIO SYSTEM Our speakers either have an AUX jack connection or can be connected via Bluetooth (SOUNDBOKS speaker). A connector and adapter will be left out for you on arrival. If switching on the Bluetooth speaker on the right-hand side, please ensure it is turned off when leaving. EQUIPMENT FOR USE Please ensure equipment is put away when leaving, or at least made to look tidy for the next person coming in. RUBBISH Specific rubbish bins for recycling and landfill are provided, please ensure rubbish is disposed of correctly. All rubbish on floors and shelves must be disposed of before leaving, it should look clean and ready for the next person to use! Cleaning fees may apply if excessive rubbish is left and the floor is not clean and tidy. WHEN LEAVING Please leave the space as it was when you arrived including lights, air conditioning, rubbish and any equipment like chairs and tables. We hope you enjoy using our space! Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
