If Exclusive hire is required, a maximum of 120 seated guests or 130 standing and seated is available. Whole venue includes food and drink service inside and outside and lounge space. Parking is available onsite for one car to be arranged when booking. Drop of loading zones are available for anything heavy to be delivered. No smoking anywhere, inside and on terrace. Outdoor area is allocated for smoking outside. DJ and equipment at additional charge Minimum spend applies for exclusive use ( day and time of year dependant). Cancellation policy: Custom Show cancellation details Cancellations 14 days in advance from event start time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 14 days are non-refundable.
