To help everything run smoothly and keep the space in great shape for everyone, please take a moment to check out these simple guidelines: Booking Time = Your Total Time Please make sure your booking includes all the time you need for setup and pack down. We don’t want to rush your creativity! Take Care of the Space We’ve put a lot of love into this place—please treat it with care. If anything gets damaged, let us know right away. Parking is Available We have on-site parking—just let us know how many spots you’ll need. There’s also street parking nearby if you need extra. Skip the Glitter & Smoke As fun as they are, confetti, glitter, and smoke machines can be a bit much for the space. If you have something in mind, just ask us first! Bringing Food or Drinks? That’s totally fine! Just keep in mind that alcohol is okay for private events, but bigger gatherings might need a license—check with us in advance. Insurance & Permits If you’re running a commercial shoot or public event, you might need public liability insurance or council permits. Reach out if you’re unsure—we’re happy to help! No Sleepovers The warehouse is great for all sorts of things—but not overnight stays. Thanks for understanding! Access Info We’ll send you all the details you need before your booking. Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
