iCo Creative is a an architecturally designed collaborative CoWorking space for creatives and small businesses wanting a permanent desk for designers or writers or an office for a group of creatives to work together, iCo Creative is Located in the heart of the Arts Precinct in Central Maitland . Each member has the option of a dedicated desk, at 1600mm wide standing desk at 1800mm wide or office option ranging from 6m2, 12m2 and 18m2 on a permanent basis which allows each member the use of the entire space which include ( breakout areas, boardroom for 12 people and a Konica Minolta printing hub and kitchen facilities. Recently renovated Heritage building on High Street designed for the creative in mind with its modern interior architecture complimented with charm and character.
