Our space in the warehouse is a shared photography studio. An internal calendar is used for each tenant to book studio as needed. Two large warehouse windows letting in beautiful natural light. One end of the space is kept clear and set up for photoshoots. The other end has desks to edit from or to set up equipment and props when shooting. The space is not completely sound proof as the walls do not go completely to the ceiling. Great for creating personal work or photographing creatives , headshots ,food photography or product. This space has classic old school artist warehouse vibes. It's NOT sleek and spotless and therefor not suitable for all big commercial clients. LEASE TERMS $250. includes bills. Bond $250.
