Explore our adaptable warehouse event space, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Albion Train Station and a quick 6-minute Uber ride from Fortitude Valley. Featuring high ceilings and movable walls for customizable layouts, our venue is ideal for a variety of events including birthdays, live music/DJ nights, art exhibitions, networking functions, and private parties. Key Features: - Flexible layout arrangements for your guests. - Advanced audio/visual equipment and event photography/videography services available. - Option for personalized mural painting to suit event themes. Our MAIN EVENT PACKAGE for large scale ticketed events is $1500+GST flat fee, which will give you access to the building for 24hrs, starting 12pm the day of and finishing 12pm the following day which allows for plenty of set up time, pack down and clean up time the following morning. Our SECONDARY EVENT PACKAGE for smaller events is a midnight finish for $1000+GST. This will give you access to the building for 12hrs, from 1pm to 1am. However, music will need to stop by midnight and cleaning will need to be completed on the night before leaving the venue.
