A shopfront studio/office to share with an architect. Great northern light, friendly community and coffee/food options. A relaxed arrangement in the studio. We will have 3 spare desks starting October. We are flexible in how things get arranged in the studio and there is space for storage. Kitchenette and bathroom too. We are in an eclectic group of shops across from the bike path. Lots of shops nearby on Nicholson St. Great access to the 96 tram and buses that run through Carlton. Plenty of parking and bike racks out the front.
