Description
At Kindred Cameras, we love art. Our staff are artists too, and we know what takes to run an exceptional exhibition. Although our space has a focus on photography, our gallery hosts exhibitions from a variety of mediums. Kindred Cameras is an open plan creative space, with a gallery and photography studio occupying the majority of the site. These spaces are joined for exhibition openings to offer plenty of room for your guests, and separated via curtains for the remainder of the show. There is heaps of natural light, and a great spot to hang a work in the front window. The space has high walls, higher ceilings, adjustable lighting and lots of plants. There are a little over 25m of linear wallspace to use, which can be drilled into to hang whatever is needed. Our space is located on the corner of The District Docklands shopping centre, with lots of places nearby to eat and drink. There is heaps of short term paid street parking and nearby all day parking in the shopping centre carpark. There are also several 15 minute drop off zones near our door to unload your work. The 86, 70 and 35 trams stop right outside out door.
