Historic New York Style Loft Studio This room offers plenty of natural light and has rough timber floors. The space can be used for events such as Baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsals, healing courses, brainstorming sessions, photography and filming and numerous workshops or meeting space with beautiful interlocking moveable tables for conference or corporate events or blank space Softbox lights available for photo shoots *Surcharges apply for events on weekends or events with alcohol or small children. Bond required The space is not suitable for loud parties *Rates provided are for groups of up to 20 people. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
