Events must adhere to agreed timings, including set-up and pack-down, with additional fees for overtime. The venue’s capacity limits, noise regulations, and local council rules must be followed. Décor cannot damage the space, and outside catering or BYO alcohol requires prior approval. The café offers 50 parking spaces, wheelchair accessibility, and cleaning responsibilities rest with the hirer, with charges applied for untidy conditions. Liability for damages lies with the hirer, and cancellations are refundable depending on the notice period.
