These private self-contained lockable studios have excellent natural light, extremely large windows, 3m high partition walls (7m high sawtooth ceiling) and hardwood timber floors. Current sizes range from 16m², 18m², 20m², 22.5m² and 29.5m² Studio spaces are not yet constructed where the build will commence once 50% allotment is reached with an estimated timeframe of 4 weeks. Sizes can be tailored to suite the individual or business needs where multiple studios can be connected should you require a larger footprint as is shown in Studio Image 4 & 5. Options are available to enclose the studio spaces to include spit systems and ceilings should it be a requirement for an additional monthly fee.
