An open plan co-working studio in a lovely warehouse in Brunswick East. Nicholson Street Studios a light filled, plant filled, cheery, creative workspace! The space is bright, comfortable and full of lovely people. Most tenants are photographers that are often out shooting - so the space is very peaceful but there are enough people around so that you can have a chat when you fancy some socialising. Desks are $400 +GST (for non photographers / no photo studio use) and $484 +GST for photographers (who have use of our photo studio and a small storage area). We ask for one months rent as bond and that you bring your own contents and liability insurance.
