Plenty of natural lighting. White walls and brick on one side. Windows facing Charles St. Wanting to share my studio on days that I am not there. Mostly weeknights, Friday and the weekends but could possibly arrange alternatives. Looking for another photographer, videographer or graphic designer that needs the space. Sorry no messy works. Not suitable for wheelchairs as this is on the second floor. Only has a goods lift. 5 min walking distance to Coburg North Coles and a few cafes around. 10 min walk to Bunnings/Officeworks and Post office.
