The show room is included in the rent with an option to showcase retail goods depending on the applicants. The private space for rent has wooden floors a cutting table and/or desk. It has a loading zone out the front and is all ground floor. There is plenty of parking however it is ticketed unless you find a spot around the block. Very close to public transport.
