Open daily for light refreshments and beverages including a selection of barista coffees and teas as well as variety of beers, wines and spirits - Cafe Royale is a perfect venue for Devonshire tea gatherings, Royal Albert High Tea or pre dinner drinks enjoy a light snack menu or an tapas menu. Extended use is possible, subject to management approval • Bar fixtures and equipment cannot not be removed • 1 week notice prior to the conference is required for stage to be removed from the ballroom. • The function and accommodation spaces are not held until the deposit has been made. • Deposit is non-refundable • Should the initial non- refundable deposit not be received within 5 days confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel all arrangements including tentative accommodation and meeting facilities being held. Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day Show cancellation details Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 12 months from the original date, at no cost.
