Clean creative space in a warm and welcoming established studio. You’ll be sharing the mezzanine with a lovely photographer, with four traditional painters working downstairs. The space is the epitome of a ‘girls flat’- kitchen is decked out, couches and plants shower etc, well decorated and clean. The mezzanine is a large bright area opening onto a sizeable deck. Faces north with lots of natural light. I can leave my desk in there for you to use. It’s a blank slate- perfect for any kind of creative work. Also excellent for photographing your work! It’s totally fine to paint in there and tape to the walls. (I’ve barely used it so obviously would prefer if it doesn’t get crazy messy!) Rosie will be set up with an office by the back window, and the occasional photography backdrop. Downstairs we’ve got a full kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Out the back there’s a garden area. The space is dog friendly and the other girls have two! Located in the Noosaville industrial estate, walking distance from a really good whole foods cafe and some others. There’s bus stops nearby. Close to Bunnings and office works. Art supply store in the Civic a few minutes away.
