TheySwarm studios for diverse artists - is located on Johnston Street, Collingwood in a lovely two-storey shopfront heritage terrace above TextaQueen's studio and TheySwarm artist residency space. This is a private lockable studio space suitable for a designer or other creative. There is a window for natural sunlight and beautiful old polished floorboards. There is under-stairs storage, shelves, a removable long desk and optional drawers with room to bring in a larger desk or other furniture. The bathroom downstairs is for artists in the two upstairs studios and visitors. Access to building is via pushbutton keypad on exterior and electronic keypad on interior door. The studio is lockable via a digital keypad and/or key. We're 500 m to either train or tram, with a bus stop directly outside. We're close to coffee, 500 m from Smith Street food and buzz.
