With 365sqm dedicated to event spaces, These can be used together or hired separately-whatever suits your project or event the best. Outside catering and drinks are allowed. No noise that would disturb neighbours after 9pm. You can be responsible for cleaning the warehouse after your use, or bring your own cleaner, or pay our fee for our cleaner. Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
