Modern well lit studio space available for hire for photography, videography, hot desk, and office space. This fully-equipped photo studio is 63m2 of open space filled with beautiful natural light. The studio has a stunning 4m x 4m white photography cyclorama, polished concrete floors, and is complete with a makeup/styling area, waiting area, four office desk spaces, meeting pod, private kettle, coffee machine and fridge, and access to communal kitchen and bathrooms (can also be used as change room). Great onsite Cafe downstairs. Access via the entrance next to the café “Jimmy the Saint”, then take the elevator to level 2. Heaps of on street parking is available and we’re also next to the light rail tram (96 and 109 lines). Nearby cafes, pubs and 15min walk to South Melb Market. While the studio is a self-enclosed space, please be mindful of the other offices and studios that share the floor. Please keep this in mind with noise volumes or if you are looking to film video footage within the space.
