No smoking. No use of the house outside the contract terms. No unapproved guests. No alcohol unless agreed. Protect floors, walls, and furniture; cover kitchen benches to avoid stains and scratches. FURNITURE Ask permission before moving furniture. Lift and move carefully. Return everything to its original position before leaving. OVERTIME Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5x the hourly rate. The space must be vacated, and all items removed by the end of the booking time. RESPECTING THE SPACE Tidy up after use. Remove all equipment or rentals, and include setup/teardown in booking hours. No nails, screws, staples, or adhesives on walls. Remove all tape or backing materials fully. Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
