Beautiful light, friendly people, with private and lockable studios. Cozens Street Studio is a multidisciplinary creative space in Brunswick. We provide spaces to visual artists, writers, designers, architects, web developers, jewellers and many more creative types in a comfortable communal working environment full of natural light in the day and plenty of artificial light for the night time worker. The Studio is close to public transport with the Brunswick train station just around the corner, trams on Sydney Road and a bicycle track along the train line. We have a total of 9 variously sized studios, 2 hot desks and temporary workspaces. We have toilet and shower facilities, as well as a communal area and adjoining functional kitchen. We have a gallery space or event space for exhibitions, performances or a stage for musicians and spoken word artists. Very close to the vibrant Sydney Rd with trams, trains and buses.
