Studio 1: 8mx10m rectangular space, Studio 2: 6x7m rectangular space, Studio 3: approx 8x8m hexagonal space with views of the piazza Located within the beautiful French Quarter of the Emerald Lakes community behind Emmanuel College. Our building is on the corner of The Boulevard and Panorama Drive, upstairs on Level 1. Park and walk to our main floor entrance which is just off the large piazza area near all the cafes. Access to our upstairs reception and studios is via a glass door and private stairwell. Other nearby amenities include Gloria Jeans, Cabukee Cafe, Pooches and Pastries Cafe, Kokko Maria Deli, public toilets, walking paths, and nearby children's playground.
