We have 2 spaces to share in our light filled lovely mid century warehouse. We have 2 spaces to sublet in our mid-century warehouse/shopfront in Brunswick. The space has white walls, new timber flooring, warehouse styled windows, and a cute kitchen/lunch/tea-room + showers and toilets. We have two spaces, and each space is about 15-16m2 (one is 4x4m and the other is 3x5m). Both spaces are in a large open plan area, away from our workspace so are quiet. You would just be sharing with us (a slow fashion brand from Melbourne). We pride ourselves on our beautiful space, and we hope that you will love it! Each space has white walls and a new timber floor. Both spaces have access to heating and cooling so it's really comfortable in winter or summer. Noting this is not huge communal studio space, we are creative business looking for 2 friendly and likeminded brands/businesses to share our space ;) We're near the corner of Holmes and Moreland in Brunswick.
