All bookings of 8 and above have a service charge of 10%. All bookings remain unconfirmed until a 30% deposit is received. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of function your deposit will be forfeited in full. Please be aware if minimum spend is not reached as agreed the booking party will settle the account by means of credit card or cash on the day to meet the shortfall. All credit card payments have a bank. The fee of 2.9% and 3.1% on Amex and foreign cards. Any damages to Don Pedros property due to your event will be at the expense of the booking party full replacement value will be required and debited from the nominated booking credit card.
