The studios are accomodating to various sizes of business. The aesthetic is architectural by design and spacious. There are a total of 3 studios currently available. Warehouse 48 is currently located at the cotton mills precinct in the heart of the creative hub of the inner west. Close to the Seddon strip, Cafes, Maribyrnong river and 124WS studios.
