Unique office in funky Cremorne available for rent NOW!  We run pop-up plant sales at the front of the warehouse once every 3 weeks and we are looking to rent out the back area which has an enclosed funky office with 2 private toilets, a storage room and it's own door for entry.   Please see photos attached. The main warehouse has temporary fencing erected and the front area will also be used for parking cars / storing plants.  There is also a kitchen bench in the main warehouse (welcome to setup a microwave, fridge etc if you like).  Utilities will be charged at $100 per month in addition.  You can comfortably fit a team of 4 people here and would suit a small business looking to be based in Cremorne.
