Description

Studio 1 is a bare dance studio good for up to 200 participants. It has a sprung 'Harlequin' dance floor, mirrors on an 11-meter wall with curtains, a stereo system and speakers, ballet barres, and air conditioning. | Rules of the space: Rules of the space Allowed events No promoted and ticketed events allowed Unavailable: No wedding licence No wedding licence Unavailable: No temporary Event Notice (TENs) available No temporary Event Notice (TENs) available Host rules The Renter agrees to use only the studio agreed upon in this contract and not any other available studio unless an alternate agreement has been made with the Hirer. The Renter agrees to use the rented studio/s solely for the agreed activities and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The actual studio hired will be available to the Renter for the agreed times. The Renter may utilise the public areas of the building in the 15mins prior to and after the specified times. The Renter must supply proof of their own Public Liability Insurance to the value of at least $10 million and shall be responsible for any persons they allow to access the APAC building during their hire time. The Renter shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Hirer's property during the rental period. The Renter shall leave the studio/s in the same condition as they were at the beginning of the rental period. At the completion of the hire period the Renter must ensure that: 1. Air Conditioners in the hired studio/s are turned off. 2. Power point's in the hired studio/s are switched off. If the Renter is the last person to exit the building, the Renter must also ensure that: 1. All lights are turned off and 2. The external doors to the building are securely locked. If using the Key Safe to access the building, any keys must be returned to the Key Safe at the end of the hire period. Cancellation policy: Very flexible Show cancellation details Cancellations up to 24 hours from event start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
