Our Town Hall format includes the Conference Room, Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 and break-out areas. Town Hall space is a versatile, spacious venue ideal for larger gatherings, workshops, presentations, and corporate events. Designed to accommodate up to 100 guests, the space is equipped with modern AV technology, adaptable seating arrangements, and a flexible layout to suit various event styles In the case of the U Shape, we are unable to assist however we can provide cluster tables. Disability Accessible is inclusive of o Accessible bathroom on the same level o Natural light o Minimal sensory interruptions o Hearing loops up to 15 pax o Braille on signage We have a small whiteboard available. | Rules of the space: Rules of the space Allowed events Promoted and ticketed events Temporary event notices available Unavailable: No wedding licence No wedding licence Host rules No smoking on site - Outside Catering allowed. The availability of these spaces are between 8:30am- 6pm. Please let us know if you require a space outside of these hours, and we will do our best to accommodate! Cancellation policy: Very flexible Show cancellation details Cancellations up to 24 hours from event start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
