80 square metres of dance floor. Good lighting, with various options to use all or some of the overhead lights. Mirrors along one wall and ballet barres along the other. White walls. Wood flooring. Room can be darkened to allow for filming etc. during the day. No stilettos as they damage the dance floor. Any liquid spills must be cleaned up immediately to avoid damaging the floors. Hosts are responsible for basic cleaning up after their event and must take their rubbish with them. Maximum amount of people is 30 (standing), 25 seated. Any damage to the interior (including but not exclusive of mirrors, ballet barres and flooring) will be billed to the host. The host is responsible to ensure their guests behave courteously and respectfully to any neighbouring businesses or the public that may be outside the premises. Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
