Our main space is 120 sqm, with track lights and spotlights around the room. It features open ceiling lights and free wi-fi. This space is able to accommodate up to 30 guests. If you are looking to host meetings or photo shoots, then this space will be perfect for you. Additional dressing or storage room is available (behind the main space) for an additional charge. The upfront deposit is $ 200 cash. It refundable after the event without any damages. Cleaning Policy - Return the space in the same condition (otherwise $50 deduction from your deposit). Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
