A big, bright, open floor area perfect for rehearsals, training, or team building activities. Our space is well-lit and spacious with an open floor plan. It comes with its own air-conditioning unit, large mirrors, high ceilings, and a sound system. Our space is conveniently located in the suburb of Annandale along Parramatta Road. It is easily accessible by public transport (buses) to and from the city less than 5min walk. Studio 1 (13m x 8m) | Rules of the space: Rules of the space Allowed events Promoted and ticketed events Unavailable: No wedding licence No wedding licence Unavailable: No temporary Event Notice (TENs) available No temporary Event Notice (TENs) available Host rules -All bookings must be paid prior to using the studio. -You cannot transfer, modify or cancel your booking within 48 hours of your booking. -Our studio is open to the public from 1.00pm to 9.30pm, Mon-Fri. If you require a booking outside these hours (earliest booking is 9am, latest booking is 10.30pm) and/or on weekends, our studio manager will organize a studio key for you to access the premises. -As a tenant, you are 100% responsible for leaving the studio the way it was when you entered (clean & tidy). - We cannot accept bookings for Tap Dancing, Flamenco and Irish Dancing, due to damage caused to the floors and the noise affecting the neighbouring businesses. - If your booking requires very LOUD non-stop music for the hour (such as some aerobics/Zumba classes), or if you need complete quiteness (yoga & pilates), you may book for both studios at the same time. - For functions and events in the evening, we request the client to come to the venue for an interview Please check your email inbox, as well as your JUNK/SPAM folder, as important communication regarding your booking may be sent to you via email. Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
