Our space is a light, bright and airy space shared with creatives that overlooks a quiet pedestrian street just off sydney road. High ceilings, excellent natural light and airflow make it an impressive and delightful space to work in. The space is secure with 24/7 access. There are 6 individual desks (900x1800 size) - one of which is currently for lease. The other desks are occupied by 2 x part time architects, and 3 x graphic designers. There is a small meeting table in the space, as well as a larger communal meeting room shared by all tenants in the building. There is also a communal kitchenette, break out area, and toilets. Rent includes all utilities, high speed NBN internet, use of a colour A3 printer and shelving/storage space. Our brunswick studio is located in the Mariana Hardwick building above Sydney road. Its South facing for beautiful diffused daylight throughout the day, with views of the sky and trees over Sparta Place. Below the studio are great cafes, a wine bar, and Deans Art for materials!
