The Pea Green Boat Artist Studio is a partitioned warehouse in the heart of Brunswick and houses up to 25 artists of varying levels and professions at any one time. Since 2007 the studio has built up a reputation as one of the homeliest places around and has seen over 100 artists pass through its welcoming doors. Each studio is / has: 5m x 4m Natural light. 24hr access. Internet. $420pcm Plus the use of kitchen and communal area for projects/exhibitions/pop-up shops etc. Friendly, professional, calm environment. LEASE CONDITIONS Occupants are to pay for the month ahead and are to give one months notice before vacating. Not suitable for practices such as woodworkers or sound artists (unless done on headphones) due it being a large partitioned building without sound insulation between studios. Super close to public transport (less than 1 minute from bus, tram and train) and local cafes, supermarkets etc. Bike racks and some limited parking available onsite.
