There are private corners for deep conversations and VIP moments, while the main floor can easily be set up to accommodate bigger events or fully immersive event concepts. No Outside Alcohol Outside beverages are not permitted. All drinks must be purchased at the bar. Photography & Recording Photography and video recording are allowed for personal use only. Professional photography or filming requires prior approval from management. Safety & Conduct Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please follow staff instructions in case of emergency or evacuation. Bags & Personal Belongings Loom Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Large bags may be subject to security checks. Right of Refusal Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who does not comply with house rules. Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day Show cancellation details Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
