Reformer & Yoga Studio is our training studio available for private hire. It has 8 high-quality reformer beds and space for 25 yoga or pilates mats. All small equipment is included, such as high-quality mats, balls, bolsters, blocks, resistance bands, hand weights, and resistance circles. Ideal for group classes, sound baths, and workshops. | Rules of the space: Rules of the space Allowed events Promoted and ticketed events Unavailable: No wedding licence No wedding licence Unavailable: No temporary Event Notice (TENs) available No temporary Event Notice (TENs) available Host rules - No smoking anywhere on the premises - No alcohol allowed after 8PM - Outside catering is permitted (BYO or preferred suppliers welcome) - All bookings must include setup and pack-down time - Leave the space clean and tidy, cleaning fee applies - No loud music after 9PM (respectful volume during business hours) - No shoes on the reformer beds or yoga mats - Stair access only - not suitable for heavy equipment without prior notice - All rubbish must be removed or placed in designated bins - No unsupervised use of gym equipment without trained professional present - Sauna use is at your own risk - not to be used without permission - Any damages to equipment or space must be reported immediately - No hanging items from walls or ceiling without approval - No permanent alterations to the space (e.g. tape, pins, or nails) - All personal belongings must be removed at the end of the booking - Overtime charges apply if booking runs over scheduled time - Minimum age 16+ unless supervised by a qualified instructor Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
