It's a fully functional music production studio and can also be used as a small band rehearsal/writing room with instruments available for use. Previously called "WIP Studio", the space is itself a work in progress as the build is very much a DIY personal project of mine. The studio is a 15sqm room with some skylighting (will eventually be blocked out as we finish the last stages of sound proofing). Floors have been covered with rubber vinyl flooring for sound proofing, and the acoustic build for the walls is currently in progress. Perfect space for music production, a casual jam with a small group, and small band writing sessions. The studio is on the second floor of a warehouse that holds other creative studios (painters, sculptors, other musicians, a bigger recording studio). We are very close to Taverners Hill light rail stop and Parramatta Road bus stops. Cyclops Pizzeria, The Carpenter, The Pig & Pastry, and a 7-Eleven are 5 mins away for quick snack runs.
