I also run training sessions/workshops around perfumery. I have a small retail space at the front of the studio. Your space will be the mezzanine level. The light upstairs is just gorgeous, with heritage wooden features. Good airflow with air con if needed on hot days. I am looking for a creative/s to share the space with. It can sometimes get a little noisy, as the mezzanine is open to the studio but theres a great collegial creative vibe. There's a veranda and tables out the front for lunches/coffee or thinking time.
