The Dugout was created to be accessible & affordable for all, in a premium location. Our main offering includes pop-up shops, galleries and launch events. However, we also tailor to the needs of our customer. Let's bring your creative idea to life! Beautiful downlighting, clean white walls (one side is exposed brick), matched with a simple grey floor. The ceilings are over 3m high & at the rear we have floor to ceiling mirrors. The space is a cozy 45sqm, the perfect amount for an enjoyable yet intimate retail experience. We also offer mid century furniture for affordable hire upon request, however the clothing racks and POS/display counter are both provided for free! We've kept the main window/glass frontage + large street awning blank so that you can get creative with your own branding/signage. The Dugout is situated in the beautiful suburb of South Yarra, on Chapel Street amidst the surrounding busy retail and hospitality businesses. Directly outside is the tram stop, and all three large supermarket names are only a short 5 minute walk.
