Studio space for rent We have desk spaces to rent in our studio for individual creatives or small design or creative practices. Desks are adjacent to great natural light and fantastic city views. Daylight blinds reduce screen glare if required. The doors opening directly to the balcony provide fresh air into the studio space and air-con manages the extremes of summer and winter. Three types of storage are offered; personal storage beside your desk, communal book shelves and some limited space for larger items in our storeroom. We have laser printing / photocopying A3/A4 colour + BW at a ‘per-copy’ rate. Our space is adjacent to buzzing China Town with easy access to great cafes, restaurants and bars. Its a short walk to supermarkets, supply stores, printers and all forms of public transport including CBD bike routes.
